Transparent Pricing
All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable VAT as mandated by the Federal Tax Authority.

Contracts, dispute resolution, and interpretations are governed exclusively by the courts of Dubai, UAE.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, creating an account, or placing an order through this website (fatmaperfumes.com), you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our associated Return Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using this website.
2. Nature of Products & Formulation Integrity
Fatma Perfumes produces and supplies 100% pure undiluted fragrance oil concentrates. Our products are formulated for cosmetic manufacturing, professional perfumery, luxury candle making, and ambient diffusion:
- Our oils are alcohol-free and sold in concentrated liquid form.
- Customers are advised to perform standard dermatological patch tests prior to direct skin application.
- Fragrance load recommendations must comply with respective IFRA category usage standards when formulated into candles, soaps, or lotions.
3. Ordering, Pricing & Payment Terms
All orders placed through our storefront constitute an offer to purchase:
- Currency & Invoicing: Prices are displayed and settled in UAE Dirhams (AED). Converted currency previews in USD, EUR, or GBP are provided for reference only.
- Bottle Sizes: Bottle size options and prices are displayed transparently upon selecting your desired capacity (100ml, 250ml, 500ml, 1L, or 5L).
- Payment Confirmation: Orders are dispatched only upon full payment clearance through our authorized gateway (Stripe or Paymob) or under agreed Cash on Delivery (COD) terms within the UAE.
- Order Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order containing typographical pricing errors, unverified billing addresses, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Shipping, Dispatch & Customs Duties
We dispatch orders from our central fulfillment facility in Deira, Dubai:
Domestic UAE Deliveries: Standard shipping timeline is 24 to 48 business hours across all seven Emirates. Complimentary shipping applies on orders exceeding AED 500.
International & GCC Orders: International shipments are transported via tracked express air couriers. Recipients are responsible for any destination customs clearance fees, import tariffs, or local taxes assessed by destination authorities.
5. Intellectual Property & Comparative Trademark Policy
All proprietary brand names, logos, digital photography, descriptions, formulas, and website source code are the exclusive intellectual property of Fatma Perfumes LLC.
References to third-party designer brand names or trademarks (e.g., Chanel, Tom Ford, Creed) are utilized strictly for descriptive, comparative, and olfactive identification purposes to indicate fragrance character to consumers. Fatma Perfumes is completely independent and has no financial affiliation or endorsement from original trademark proprietors.
6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
To the maximum extent permitted under United Arab Emirates law, Fatma Perfumes LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product misuse, improper blending, or failure to follow cosmetic dilution guidelines.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws of the Emirate of Dubai.
